H. Kevin Eddins

H. Kevin Eddins founded Eddins • Domine Law Group, PLLC on January 1, 2005, having previously worked most of the balance of his career at one of Louisville's largest law firms. He is a graduate of Hanover College, B.A., cum laude, 1991, and the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law, University of Louisville, 1996. Kevin was admitted to the Kentucky bar in 1996 and the Indiana bar in 1997. He is presently licensed and in good standing with every state and federal court in Kentucky and Indiana. His practice areas include Business Litigation, Business Transactions, Creditors' Rights, Real Estate Litigation, and Real Estate Transactions. Additionally, Kevin is an approved real estate arbitrator with the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors.

Kevin is a member of the Louisville Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association and American Bar Association. Kevin is an active member of the Greater Louisville, Jeffersontown and southern Indiana Chambers of Commerce. He also regularly conducts seminars for new and prospective business owners through programs sponsored by the Small Business Administration and the local Small Business Development Center.

Kevin is a Louisville native and currently resides in Rolling Fields with his wife and two children.

Alissa M. Domine

Alissa M. Domine joined Eddins • Domine Law Group in early 2005 and has actively assisted in the Firm's growth and management. She previously worked the majority of her career at one of Louisville's largest firms, and focused on family law and general civil litigation. Alissa is a graduate of the University of Louisville, B.A., 1993, and the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law, University of Louisville, J.D., cum laude, 2000. During law school, Alissa was a member of the Moot Court, the Professional Skills Board and the Brandeis Law Journal. Alissa was admitted to the Kentucky bar in 2000 and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Kentucky in 2001. Her practice areas include Family Law, Real Estate Transactions, Business Law, Civil Litigation, and Estate Planning, while she practices predominantly in Family Law and Real Estate.

Alissa is a member of the Louisville Bar Association (Member, Young Lawyer and Family Law Sections); Kentucky Bar Association; Kentucky Justice Association; American Bar Association; Greater Louisville Association of Realtors; Mortgage Bankers Association; and a member of the Cambridge Who's Who. Alissa is active in her church, an avid volunteer, and enjoys serving on local boards.

Anne Scholtz Heim

Anne Scholtz Heim joined Eddins • Domine Law Group in early 2006. A 1998 cum laude graduate of the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville, Anne started her career with a mid-sized local firm, spending several years working on real estate closings and other real estate issues, business formations and transactions, and estate planning and probate matters. Anne then turned to the legal publishing field, serving five years as a case law editor with LexisNexis while continuing to practice as a sole practitioner.

Prior to attending law school, Anne graduated from the University of Kentucky with a B.A. in journalism. She was staff writer for a local weekly newspaper, and her writing has been featured in other local and national publications. Anne also held a real estate associate's license for several years.

Anne is a member of the Louisville and Kentucky Bar Associations, the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors, and the Mortgage Bankers Association of Louisville. In addition, she is an active volunteer with various school and civic groups in the Louisville area.

Anne is a Louisville native and currently lives in Prospect with her husband and two children.

Kevin J. Fiet

Kevin J. Fiet is a graduate of Brigham Young University, B.A., 2003, and the Brigham Young University School of Law, cum laude, 2006. Kevin was admitted to the Kentucky bar in 2006, and was admitted to Indiana Bar in 2007. His practice areas include Business Law, Real Estate, and Family Law. He is licensed to practice law in both Kentucky and Indiana.

Kevin is a member of the Louisville Bar Association, the Kentucky Bar Association, and the Indiana State Bar Association. He is an Ambassador for Greater Louisville, Inc. He has published works in the Brigham Young University Education and Law Journal.

Kevin resides in Louisville with his wife and child.

Janet Y. Johnston

Janet Y. Johnston is a graduate of Bellarmine University, B.A., cum laude, 2004, and the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville, 2007. Janet was admitted to the Indiana bar in 2007 and the Kentucky bar in 2008. Her practice areas include Business Law, Real Estate, Family Law, and Estate Planning and Probate work. She is licensed to practice law in Kentucky and Indiana.

Janet is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association, American Bar Association, the Louisville Bar Association, One Southern Indiana, and the Sherman Minton Inns of Court.

Janet resides in Southern Indiana with her husband.

Rebel M. Lee

Member
Rebel M. Lee is the newest member of the firm, having just joined in January 2009. Rebel comes to the Eddins Domine Law Group after practicing for several years as a solo attorney, doing primarily real estate closings and estate planning. Before that, she spent nine years with one of Louisville's largest real estate closing firms.

Rebel attended Western Kentucky University where she graduated in 1989, cum laude, with a B.A. degree in psychology. She received her J.D. degree from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law in 1996. Her practice areas include real estate transactions, business formations, estate planning and elder law.

Rebel is a member of the Louisville Bar Association; Kentucky Bar Association; American Bar Association and the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors. In addition, she is an active member and volunteer at her church as well as other civic groups in the Louisville area.

Rebel is a Louisville native and currently resides in the east end of town with her husband and two sons.
